
Sherianne Laba, Esq.
Managing Associate
Sherianne serves as a Managing Associate at Osterhout Berger Daley, bringing years of legal expertise and knowledge to her practice in the areas student rights and Special Education Law as well as in federal court appeals of Social Security disability claims. Prior to joining Osterhout Berger Daley, Sherianne served as a Regional Chief Administrative Law Judge with the Social Security Administration and as Presiding Administrative Law Judge for the California Office of Administrative Hearings, Special Education Division.
Sherianne received her bachelor’s degree from California State University, Sacramento before attending the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. Sherianne later earned a Master of Arts degree in Special Education from California State University, Sacramento.
