Fred has enjoyed a long, respected career as an advocate and litigator. He has provided representation for disability claimants since 1973. In that time he has received numerous accolades. He has been ranked by his peers as an Illinois Super Lawyer in the area of Social Security disability law. Fred was also ranked as a Top Ten Social Security Disability lawyer by Leading Lawyers Network.
Fred’s practice is dedicated to Social Security disability law, civil litigation and appeals, long-term disability insurance, and railroad retirement board disability. He has shared his expertise by speaking at continuing legal education seminars on Social Security disability law at the Chicago Bar Association and National Organization of Social Security Claimant's Representatives. In addition, Mr. Daley has served on the Board of Directors for NADR as an at-large director. Fred was the founding member of Daley Disability Law, which joined Osterhout Berger Disability Law to form Osterhout Berger Daley.
